The ZIVA® XP Half Rack Wooden Lifting Platform serves as a specialty squat and deadlift platform. The wooden center gives athletes a super-steady platform while the shock absorbent rubber tiles on either side are made to handle the heavy weights that deadlifts are famous for. Everything is bound tightly together in a steel frame with precision bent gussets and notches perfectly placed to fit the ZIVA XP Half Rack, and the entire structure can be
